Dr. Gary Stefanick Invites You to Back School

You are central to your pain alleviation with New York chiropractic care.

The central theme of Back School is that we control back pain, not necessarily cure it. Recognition of the fact that, you have a transitional segment that puts your spine at risk for instability and limits the stress it can take, goes a long way in gaining confidence knowing that you can limit its pain and regain your quality of life again. Dr. Gary Stefanick puts high priority on improving your quality of life.

Back School helps you and those close to you identify with your spinal pain condition(s) and what is necessary to manage your pain. Watching a loved one suffer leaves us feeling helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at Dr. Gary Stefanick as well as at home which provides everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School discusses spine pain symptoms, relates that spine pain is not a solitary situation, demonstrates proper movements for daily living, and puts all of us on the same page to help the back pain sufferer.

The Dr. Gary Stefanick presentation of Back School points out that back pain control, not cure is often the goal. It's a realistic goal for our New York chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.

Interestingly 95% of 61 patients who attended a back school thought it was a good use of their time to attend. They felt they grasped their condition more fully and learned something to avoid re-injury. (1)
